Kobe Bryant’s hall of fame career will finally come to end this season. The Los Angeles Lakers legend has enjoyed countless success during his 20 seasons with the franchise. He has won 5 NBA Championships, 1 MVP award, elected to the NBA All-star Game 17 times and was the youngest player to reach 30,000 career points. That is quite the NBA resume for the 37 year old. He announced his decision via The Players Tribune, a new media outlet for athletes to express their thoughts and reflections to their fans. Many NBA players, past and current have praised Kobe Bryant for what he has given to NBA. His work ethic is what inspires young athletes across the world.
